Privacy Policy

This explains what Hookline collects, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

• Account: your sign-in identity (email or Google account), handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• Billing: your plan, credit balance and Stripe customer reference. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Usage: for each generation, the time, the prompt quality used, credits spent and the amount of AI processing, so we can run and price the service.
• Your ideas and results: sent to our AI provider to generate your prompt. We don't store them on our servers; your history is kept in your own browser.

Who processes it

• Clerk, for sign-in.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Anthropic, to generate prompts and lyrics from your ideas.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and database.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can clear your history by clearing this site's data in your browser. To delete your account and billing record, contact us and we'll remove it.
